Financial Information

One Family Dental accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Upon payment, we will provide you with a printed receipt of all dental services done during your visit. Costs for dental services vary by treatment. Our clinic follows the Suggested Fee Guide for Dentists as outlined by the Ontario Dental Association.

Insurance

If you have a dental insurance plan, we provide direct billing with most insurance companies as well as coordination of benefits. Remember to bring your insurance card or policy and plan information when checking in at our front desk. This allows us to send estimates on your behalf to the insurance company for confirmation of coverage, as well as bill them directly for any treatment you decide to proceed with.

Our dentists will always discuss treatment costs and alternatives, as well as discuss any questions you may have. We will also review any insurance correspondences before proceeding with treatment. We have a no bill-shock policy here at One Family Dental.
